May be vulcanized rubber is their main resource of fuel and their fuel was low, see it as your good action for today. Perhaps put it this way, many people said they've been aducted and that aliens did some kind of tests on them like sitcking things inside their bodies or having sex with them and weird things and you just missed 2 tires, you most be praying.

Time for your insurance company to cut you a check for new rims and tires. This time invest is some wheel locks. That should prevent it, or at least slow them down enough to get caught.

that's an awful thing to happen! there's nothing more sickening than getting up in the morning to find you've been robbed in the night.
by now you'll have phoned the police and possibly the insurance company, but it doesn't help you with transport, does it?
