First of all I dont think there is a card of capacity 240mb.Because data is stored as either 0 or 1.that means 2 bits.So the capacity always must be in the power of 2.That is 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512........................And as an answer to your Question I can say that the number of songs you can store depends on the format of the song.i.e.if you are storing in mp3 format a song will take 5mb of space.but if you r storing in wmv format(i.e.the format in which a song is stored in an audio cd usually )you will be needing between 40 and 50 mbs of space for a single song....1 mb=1000kb...so,240mb contains 240000kbs of data

Depends on how long the songs are, I have a 512mb mp3 player and i can fit about 100 3miniut songs
240 megabytes = 245 760 kilobytes
