Vandalism is illegal and dangerous to the public....did I add you can be booked for it to and get a police record.

Scaring people in a controlled environment. Last night I was at a Suncoast scaring people in a clown costume. Get permission from a manager first, and then go hog wild. Best things is, with that kind of permission, you won't get arrested for vandalism.

Tie a wiggly fake snake on a string and pull it where it's semi dark.... maybe in front of your front door- to scare the trick or treaters.

I brought an aerosal can and matches and shot fireballs at whoever opened the door of he house that I trick or treated
