Yes, I have used one and used it only twice. both with very scary results. There was the time we were just playing around and thought it was all a joke. We asked some questions, so far to date it has nailed a lot of the answers. For example I asked it about a test, I was tyold I would get an A- and 91%. This happened to be in a class where the grading scale was 92 and up for an A,and the next week I got a %91 and an A-. It also told me I would marry a woman with a name that started with E, which I have since done. I didn't even remember this one because it was so long until at my wedding reception one of my good friends who was there that night brought me in a list of questions and answers we wrote down that night.
We decided to do this outside at a small forest in a clearing in the center. It was in a remote area. At the end of the night we asked the spirit for a sign. At the exact moment all of our candles blew out on a rather calm night and we heard lots of branches and twigs break around us. It freaked us out so bad we grabbed the board, left the cabdles and bolted to our car.
On a side note a teacher of mine once told me that one told her the first name and last initial of her husband, about 15 years before it happened.

It's pronounced wee-jaa, not wee-jee. It's made from the word 'yes' spoken in 2 different languages, French and German (?).

For starters, if someone has used a uoija board, I don't think they need to know the pronunciation.
