First of all what john paul said about the engine is completely wrong they did not put a 1.6L engine from a carolla into the scion TC they put in a 2.4L Toyota Camry engine in there for the torque. I don't know what kind of Nissan Master Technician knows about scions and Hyundai. What I'm saying is that yes stock the Hyundai is .2 liters larger and its a V6 with 172Hp but with a scion TC you get a 2.4L engine with 161hp and better gas milage sure the TC is not fast stock but if you look at the aftermarket support you have more companies supporting the TC and not much for the Tiburon. and also the TC has a TRD supercharger that you can add when you order the car to get close to 200hp or go aftermarket turbocharger and get close to 250hp so why by a Korean made car, when you can get a Japanese car for better MPG and Better power

My tiburon would top out at 155 after i played with it a bit. My scion is hitting the same speeds, Hovever it is more stable at the higher speed than the tiburon, and I blew my hyundai clutch 4 times. I don't have a single problem with the scion. Plus you can customise the scion right off the lot with preformance parts for the same price as the tiburon. If you get the supercharger, the scion 4 cylinder puts 28 more hp to the wheels than the v-6 tiburon.

Yes it is. Not only is it a few ticks quicker in the 1/4 mile, it will depreciate to 1/2 of what you paid for it 2 years before the tC.

The GT and GT limited have V-6 engines The Toyota Scion just has the Corolla four Cly engine. Hyundai GT actually is a better performance car. Scion is just a good first car for young owners to customize.

get a Scion its a extra effective make, Toyota's, I had one as a lender, Oh it drives great....the single I used had the racer pedals.. bypass with extra effective make & music checklist of sturdy manufactures
