Okay,my wife wants a young foreign stud.I was thinking about a foreign exchange student.What are the consent laws for visitors of this country?

I'm not a lawyer, but a good rule of thumb would be whatever the consent laws are in your state. I wouldn't take the exchange student route, primarily because they're coming here to learn about our country, not have sex with your wife. The US is full of immigrants (legal and illegal), so if you search places like craigslist or adultfriendfinder, I'm sure you could find what you're looking for. If you decide to go with the student, you may also want to check the consent laws of his country. Follow the law that has the highest age and you can't go wrong....legally anyway, morally might be another story.

Ok I'm confused. I'm sure there is more going on here than what is stated but not sure what.
If you are talking having a foreign exchange student live with you for 6 months to a year, then contact a group called AFS. There are several groups that do this.
When I was in high school that is the organization we worked with to have an exchange student live with us.
There was forms to fill out and interviews and qualify to host a student. And that was 25 years ago. Since 9/11 I'm sure there is even more red tape to qualify to have a student live with you.
But it is a rewarding experience. I have friendships that will last a life time.
If you are asking about age of consent as it relates to s*x, I believe our laws would still apply. Depending on the state you live in the law may be 16 or 17 or 18. Check your state's web site. You may be able to find it there. I know Indiana's website has info like that.

What the hell are you thinking? Your wife wants to bring another man into your house and you are going to let her? Grow a back bone, a real man wouldn't give his wife permission to commit adultery. Tell the whore if you're not man enough for her, she can find another one on her way, permanently, out the door.

you will have to look into foreign exchange for people, but just make sure he is of legal age, you don't want to be getting into any trouble. Take care
