Could it be some sort of a melon? Perhaps a cantaloupe?

Sounds almost like a butternut squash. Birds may have passed the seed in their poop. The leaves sound like squash family.

Very rare for passionfruit vines to bloom peach color, so probably not that.

hi, it sounds like it could be a passion fruit tree, they spread quite a lot, and need regular pruning, the fruits come after flowering, but you cannot eat them.
