The B* slap is referring to a pimp hitting a prostitute extremely hard. So, a person exercising extreme power over another as a means to be in control.
Sucker punch, like Rabbit punching in boxing, refers to hitting someone who's unprepared for the strike. IE, you're mad, you see the person responsible for your anger and walk up along side them. Before they have a chance to turn and face you, you punch them upside the head- sucker punch.

B-slap means like a quick backhand slap. Like a pimp does to a hooker.
And a sucker punch is like a hey what's that? they look and you punch em'. It's a shameless attempt to hit someone because you don't want to take them head on. And usually if you sucker punch you don't wanna fight it's an escape punch. Lol.

The slap is just a slap with the trendy, overused and misused word attached to it. You sucker punch a person when he is not expecting it and thus cannot defend against it.
Both actions are used only by losers.

I have heard B* slap in regards to when you what to humiliate some one, You walk up, look them in the eye , and while they expect a punch to the stomach or such, You slap them square in the face, usually with enough force to make them go down.
Sucker punch is when you hit some one while they are distracted or otherwise occupied.

sucker punch means to hit someone that isnt expecting it. the other saying i have never heard of ,but i sure it along the same lines.
