Of course. Any man or woman can have a child unless he or she is infertile.
Now, perhaps you want to rephrase your question. Can a "shemale"- an MtF transsexual- give birth? The answer is no; transsexual surgery can create a vagina but not a womb, uterus, or internal female functioning organs that take part in birth. However, a MtF can certainly engage in sex with a female pre-op and thus "father" (or "mother"?) a son. Or can save some sperm to impregnate a woman later.

are you as ignorant as the question is. first off the term shemale was created for the porn indiustry the correct term is transsexual and the only way we can have kids is if we have them prior to any transition going on as in fathering a child. we can not give birth to a child. addoption is also an option

Transsexuals can't give birth to them, they can have children before surgery and they can adopt afterward.
