Martial arts.
Board-breaking (and other exercises) strengthens bones, and will actually cause the bones that are under stress to grow larger. Not exactly a painless way to do it, but it works. It'll work on the rest of your body, too. Weight training will also make bones grow larger in response to stress.

building bone mass is not really feasible.....you can build the wrist muscles performing wrist curls with a 5 or 10lb dumb bell but bone mass increase? Never heard of it and I work out all the time. You can take supplements like vitamins but that is for the entire skeletal system not just the wrist.

Why would you wanna broaden the bones of your wrists? What's the point? Anyway, I don't think that's possible unless through surgery.

Do Wrist curls, both sides. That will definitly improve the appearance. Plust push ups and pull ups do a lot of good too.
And you should not actually be very concerned about it. Just relax. Do some exercise and you are on the way to good looking wrists!

I'm not sure you can. I'm 30 years old and my wrists are a little more than 2" wide. It sucks when I try to buy a wristwatch. I've actually become subconsciously concerned about it so I have started looking at other guy's wrists to see if my concern has any justification. Now, I don't think its any big deal now. Don't worry about it.

Yes it is quite right that at this stage nothing can be done however you can do regular exercises for strengthening the wrists,to some extent it can help as the stronger muscles will help in outlook of the wrists to be broader.

LOL...I'm sorry, but at 22 your bones have reached their full size. You could excercize you arms and wrists and maybe add some muscle tissue in the area.

do some curls and the appearance should improve, u build muscle around the bones and that is what makes wrists look "tougher".

I don't think that is possible. My family all have tiny small boned wrists and no matter what weight one of us would be, our wrists would remain small. Sorry!
