on runescape lets say im in world 20 and my friend is in world 12 will he appear offline on my friends list because hes on another world

No you will know if he is online. On your friends list it will show his username and the World he's on. If you're on the same world his name and world number will be highlighted green. On different worlds its highlighted yello

no not really its will say that he is in world 12 on your friends list ok and you can send him messages by cliking on his name and if he is offline and you now he is online runescape probaly made an error so its no biggi

No, if you are in differnet worlds they persons world will appear in yellow. if they are offline, it will simply say offline. If they are in the same world as you there world will appear green. Thats when you can meet them

no its because his private chat is of or is to friends and he didnt put you as one of his friends
