Short answer yes, but it is very rare:

They could be a chimera i.e. two identical twins fused into one body, one could be male the other female. The male cells may not be expressed in sex organs, and so a woman could have babies and yet DNA tests on other parts of her could identify male DNA. I have been unable to find cases of women with mixed sexual organs getting pregnant but as long as they have a uterus they could become pregnant through in vitro fertilization.
See: Multifetal pregnancy in a gonadal dysgenesis mosaic (3rd link) where some cells are X0 and others XY or xy Turners syndrome, rather than XY for a boy or XX for a girl.

Natural chimeras are not detected unless the offspring has abnormalities, such as male/female or hermaphrodite characteristics, also skin discoloring. The most noticeable are some male tortoiseshell cats or animals with ambiguous sex organs or behavioural abnormalities such as confused gender behaviour (where female cells made the brain but male cells made the genitals or vice versa). Recent studies of tortoiseshell male cats and unusually coloured tortoiseshell-like cats suggest that natural chimerism is far more common than previously realised and that it frequently goes undetected.

Chimerism can sometimes be detected in DNA testing. The Lydia Fairchild case, for example, was brought to court after DNA testing showed that her children could not be hers, since DNA didn't match. The charge against her was dismissed when became clear that Lydia was a chimera, with the matching DNA being found in her cervical tissue.

There is a reported case of an X0/XY gonadal dysgenesis mosiac i.e a person with some male cells and with some cell swith only a Y chromosome getting pregnant (see last link).

Shemale? For god's sake, get a clue. Shemale is used only in reference to trans women who are porn actresses.

In answer to your question, no, a transsexual woman cannot get pregnant, unfortunately. Hopefully someday it will be a possibility, but not today.

The proper term is hermaphrodite. "In most cases a child born with ambiguous genitalia will be assigned to the most likely gender, with, possibly, some surgical tidying up. This may be a satisfactory solution if only the external genitals are effected, but in many cases of such ambiguity, external organs which are closer to those of one sex are found in conjunction with internal organs of the other. This may not become apparent until puberty, when the hormonal changes may lead to the ‘boy’ starting to menstruate, or having abdominal pains caused by obstructed menstruation, or the ‘girl's’ voice breaking and facial hair appearing. At this stage decisions may need to be taken as to whether the individual is ‘really’ of the gender of original assignment, and just needs some alien tissue removing, or whether they are ‘really’ of the opposite sex. The powerful influence of the need to categorize human beings as definitely either male or female is very apparent, even though it may necessitate surgery and hormonal treatment of the unfortunate individual who fits neither." I'd also recommend a movie called "Let Me Die a Woman" - it's very strange but also interesting. From 1978

was a reported case in the Philippines some years back.

Ever heard of Abdominal pregnancy? It's where the fertilized egg escapes the fallopian tubes or through a rupture in the uterus and implants itself in the abdominal cavity. See website below. Some have said, using that information, could lead to men being able to become pregnant and under careful supervision, carry to term. Will have to be delivered c-section, though.

That gives ye something to think about, now don't it?
