Try a few of these.

1. Make yourself a good homemade chicken soup with lots of garlic.
2. Hot shower, warm lotion and warm clothes. The shower will clear your sinuses. The warm lotion and warm clothes = comfort. Change your sheets and get 2 new toothbrushes. One for while you are sick and another for when you get better.
3. Chamomile, rosehips, lemon - any or all of these made into a tea with honey will soothe your thoat and make you feel better.
4. An infusion of Thyme will help with the headaches.
5. Drink lots of fluids - water is best. Fruit juices are good.
6. Make your own jello using gelatin (or a vegetarian gelatine substitute) and a good baby food juice. Another comfort food.
7. Keep your hands clean and make sure to get rid of the germy tissues. Don't leave them lying around. The sight of them can just make you feel worse.
8. Rest if you can.

Hey ! do you visit the pot regularly and have a proper motion every morning, All thees problems are due to un clean stomach.so take care of your stomach and you will not have this colds and aches of the body . the body is telling you that it is not well and you have too take care of it by listening to it . so go head and do attend the bath room ,if it is not easy , then drink a bit of warm water and walk a little so that there is some bowel movement and it will make it easier . wishing you all the luck and health.

Drink a cup of hot tea or some garlicy chicken soup broth. Then put on at least two layers of clothes, and all of your blankets. Sleep as long as you can. Sweat it out.

make a tea, add some warm milk and 2 teaspoons of honey.

OR

drink the tea with lots of lemon and the honey

eat comfort foods, drink some peppermint tea, orange juice, just do what makes you happy -- bits of semi-sweet bakers chocolate even -- just no milk chocolate because the milk solids will mess with your sinuses if you are conjested it will make it worse.
