read the owner's manual.... there may be 2 small rcessed buttons with "H" & "M" markings. You'll need a toothpick or pen to push them Try it with radio on or off, whichever works.

There should be a paperback book in the glove box called a owners manual please take 45 minutes to read it you will learn things about your Trailblazer you did not know! Place book marks in it where you will want to look next spring when the time changes again. No owners manual you can buy one. If I remember you press and hold the audio button when hours and minutes flash use seek and scan for minutes and tune up and down for hours. It won't hurt anything just to sit there and experiment.

With the key on but the radio tuned off press the set button. When the time flashes. Press the tune up and down button to change the numbers,hit set again to switch to min and do the same.

i own a repair shop,and since you didn't say which radio you have you can look in the owners manual and it will tell you exactly which buttons set it different systems set different,but the info you need will be in there,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,,this reminds me i have 5 vehicles to set back.

I just changed mine in bravada, I pushed in on volume button to get clock. I just kept pushing set button and hold down, then it flashed and change numbers with up down buttons that change the stereo dial.
