Dude, listen. you cannot buy a blue phat for 121mil. You will have to go with the disk of returning. another thing, save up tons of rares that will never be dropped again and keep them, soon you will have 500 mil, mostly likely in 4 or 7 months. Then you can have a blue p hat and plenty to spare

I would get the party hat because no one will even know you have a disk of returning w/o you trading him/her which takes forever to show everyone. party hats you can actually wear and show others you're the richest in RS :)
