By planning really with detail. It keeps you focus and you can still talk without feeling your just blabbing and wasting your time.

I think we all "babble" on when we become excited! This is where maturity steps in. Just take a deep breath, remind yourself, you are an adult, and need to focus on containing your mouth, your thoughts, your actions.
