I bought all the CBSE-NCERT Books of physics , chemistry and biology of class XI & XII. Is it possible to have the CBSE-NCERT XI & XII syllabus in finger-tips by 5 months duration or 150 days..? I bought some preperatory guides also..What is the best way to prepare for these exams..? Is it compulsory to study all the lessons from all 6 books (or) can we omit some portions unneeded..? AIPM/PD Prospectus gives its syllabus for exam but it not covered all the lessons of CBSE..Can any experienced AIPMT exam taker guide me for victory?

well I'm not a medical student but i did give exams for iit n aieee just this year so speaking from my experience, ncert books are good but they're not for competitions.... just keep them as a guide for knowing the syllabus and knowing the added information in them the other books don't.there are loads of good books out there n crash courses u can try.since u have such little time left, might as well take the guidance of some experienced teacher or some1 who has given these exams.. which was of course the point of ur question but a face-to-face talk will help more.and yeah, u need to study each chapter but every chapter has more/less weightage which is written on the front page so u can plan out things depending on the chapter itself.these exams aren't as difficult as they're made out to be, but the moment u take it casually.... u loose it all.so just put in ur efforts now n u can enjoy later, or enjoy now n slog later.lol that's what mum keeps sayin neway.best of luck!!
p.s hey try brilliant courses, they help!! but thats my opinion n ofcourse i did non-med. but see if they are good for med students

I am also preparin 4 d same and was facin d same problems. u can give urself some challenges like u have 2 complete dis much course in this much time. Then u can solve objectives on the related topic. after doin dat u can login 2 www.hellochampion.com and further enhance ur skills there u can even post questions and get correct answers 2.
