Most salons do eyebrow waxing. If it is done well, it should be a quick sting (like pulling off a band-aid) and then not hurt. Depending on how much shaping they need, you may be able to get away with waxing once a month or so and maintaining the shape with tweezers yourself at home.

getting your eyebrows waxed really doesn't hurt...it might feel uncomfortable the first time but it looks really nice. it's really quick and it only stings for a second. if your skin is red afterwards, it goes away within an hour or so.

before you wax, just be sure to tell the waxer how thin/thick you want your eyebrows to be. for example, the place that i go to will make them too thin so i tell them to give me a more "natural" look. when your eyebrows grow back, they will look the same as they did before. a wax will last you about 2 weeks give or take a few days.

tweezing works but it's long and tedious until you get used to it. you also have to be careful if you do it yourself to make sure your eyebrows look the same.

I think it hurts pretty bad to be waxed. But plucking is awful too.

I used to go to get waxed at my beauty salon, but my skin became too sensitive.
I want to eventually get laser hair removal, but for now I use noxzema eyebrow shapers. They are small and "shave" the hair.

My hair stylist waxes mine. I think it feels kind of good, actually. A little like peeling off a bandaid. The only drawback is you're supposed to let them grow back in between waxings and that's not always pretty.

It dosent really hurt. you feel a little pinch but thats it, I know I was expecting it to hurt to but its not that bad. After you start growing a few stray hairs you should start plucking. It really helps untill your next visit. Then start going to the salon to have them waxed to keep their shape. But it wont be that bad the next time you go, you will all ready know what to expect.

For me, I do the shaving coz it hurts for tweezers or waxing, I do it myself too.
It depends to other pple too, they like the results of tweezer and waxing and dont care of the pain...
if you want, u can try all and see which one you prefer.
and this link will help you if you want to do it on your own,

its cheaper to do it yourself. you can do it, just take it slow and practice makes perfect! goodluck!

I have always tweezed. I have been doing it so long, I don't even feel it anymore.
