That is a question that can only be answered by contacting doctors in your area. Individual doctors set and have their own preferences.
It was VERY hard for me to find a doctor with my 3 year old, as I did not realize that I was pregnant until I was 7 1/2 months along.
I had an ultrasound and three doctor visits and she remains the toughest and healithiet kid of my two, and of any chid I have known.
I was working two jobs, taking care of my handicap aunt, doing cmmunity volunteer work and also being a mommy to then 10 year old.
I never slowed down and did all the same activities while pregnant, as while not.
I went to work and waitressed when I knew I was in labor... hoping to keep my mind off the pain, I waited 22 hours while going about my normal rountine until my contractions were 2 minutes apart, then picked up the sitter for oldest daughter, drove MYSELF to the hospital, and checked myself in alone to have my bundle of joy. (My family was too far away and my hubby had passed away.....& I am a person that doesn't like to put anyone out... plus their was a blizzard outside , so I didn't want to drag anyone else out in a state of eergency.... )
This was a crazy experience and makes for a different kind of pregnancy/ birthing story.... but is like me, unique...
Your friend will find a great doc.... Just have her do her research and start contacting docs right away.
Good luck to her!

It will depend on in which you reside. What nation are you in? If the US, what state? Parental notification/consent varies extensively. I cannot inform you with the little knowledge that you've given. ADD: Check the hyperlink. Go to the third web page and seem up your state for whether or not notification or consent is needed. 34 of fifty states have a few variety of required parental involvement. If you're now not from the US, then I do not know your reply. ADD: I simply ought to factor out that every other humans listed here are flawed. The majority of the states require your dad and mom to a minimum of be notified! Those announcing that almost all states permit this to be performed confidentially are unaware of the legislation. ADD: I checked the parentingteens internet site above. Don't use that knowledge. It is over two years historic. The one I gave you is up-to-date per 30 days. It is present. ADD: My two cents: I suppose that you simply must speak on your dad and mom previously. I individually consider that notification must be obligatory in all states. But I nonetheless replied your query. Good good fortune, and I wish the whole thing works out ultimately.

A doctor will see a pregnant woman at any time. If their are problems its too late, but its still wise to have a doctor and figure all of this out before the baby is born, so they know what to expect during the birth.

I think up until the baby is born, you can still get in and see a doctor. If she doesn't have insurance, start with your local health department to find out who she should contact. Your state probably has doctor/medical care for those without insurance. If she has insurance and is just too young and embarrassed, I think now is the time to let her parents in on everything. Then see the family doctor and let him refer her.

You proably need to cal laround..there should bne someone that will doit...and then if theres not theres always the emergency room..if i was you and couldnt find her a doctor id take her to the emergency tell them shes in pain (just so they can check her out and the baby) and then take her home...thats the only way you can do it if the doctors wont see her...usually if your in "pain" and your a pregnant woman theyll get you right in!! goodluck!!!

wow! at 35 weeks, she might as well wait to have the baby anytime from 37 to 40 weeks the baby is considered ready to come to this world, so If I were she I would just wait until the pain comes and deliver that baby. If you take her to the ER they will definitely see her.

ok first off...how can she go 35 weeks and NOT know something was going on...second...any available doc will see her , or she can go to the ER when she goes into labor and deliver the baby..however...social services will most likely pay her a visit as to why she didnt get prenatal care and will become suspicious
