Teenagers have a higher frequency of masturbation because of rising hormonal levels, it is neither abnormal or dirty. If you are feeling that it is now causing you problems I would advice that you seek advise from your doctor. Hm. masturbation is a psychic habit. First, you started to masturbate because it was good, but now, you fall into its trap. The best way to forget it, i think, to have friends, or conditions that won't allow you to do it. For example: sleep with your sibling in the same room, or never stay alone. After a time, you will masturbate 2 or 3 times a week. It is like a bad-habit, you have to forget it step-by-step. You can't concentrate your studies cause you think to much about women and so. It is not bad until a level, but you have left that behind.
Don't feel guilt cause you saw the neighboring women, it is natural, just like masturbation. It helps you to become a adult.
About your marriage: as I sad masturbation is natural, that means girls are also masturbating, and it is accepted.
Teen-age not good, but it is a part of your life. If you don't go through, you won't became normal. Trust me.

You say that you are of 20 years and unable to concentrate on your studies . This is happening to you because you have a lot of free time on your hand and hence you get all this type of ideas to pass the time . Do take up some other hobby or activity which will help you to over come this situation as a lot of us pass through the same age one time or the other in ones life.Best of luck in your studies.

Masturbation is a normal activity; there is no adverse effect from it. After marriage every thing becomes normal.
Do exercises, run daily for some time eat good food, avoid to remain alone. Copy one page daily from you study book.

Please stop worrying. I did masturbation since i was 11. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes once a day, sometimes none.
I married when i was 22. And had sex and masturbation. Still have. Now I'm 35.
I got a cumlaude diploma when i got my college degree..., so the masturbation doesn't mess with your IQ and focusing abilities. What messes with your focusing, intelligence and hopes is your misoriented thinking.

You can try to overcome it through prayer to God. he can calm. your desires. Masturbation is a sin against God.
Sensuality , worse than all else, disorganizes the capacities of the mind & the clarity of thought. It drains a man of his YIN energy , the life-force stored in the kidneys. It causes debilitation of mind & body BOTH - The same holds true of excessive marital sex. Both are to be avoided.
