3. Have you taken any AP classes?
4. Are you in a public school, prep school or Catholic school?
5. If public, is it in a big city, affluent suburb, other suburb or rural area?
6. What are your outside activities?
7. What is your SAT score?
8. Is there any other relevant information I should know before answering?
