If you want to open another account with Paypal, you have to use another card as they will not accept the same card number for 2 Paypal accounts.

They are automatically linked but you must maintain two separate accounts... 1 for eBay and 1 for PayPal

When you click on "Pay Now" in eBay it takes you to Paypal if that's how you choose to pay, then you have to sign in - so you just sign in with the name and password of your new paypal account. How difficult can that be?

Paypal and Ebay are same company. Ebay lays it out for you, it is simple. If you cannot figure it out then we cannot help you over the net we will have to come to your House and sit at your computer and do it for you. Money talks.

You can add another card to your existing paypal account.
Also when you go to pay for your item you click pay now and when you sign in to paypal just use the new account user email rather than your existing one.

Forget PayPal and accept un-crossed postal orders.... much better :o)
And... you can't lose you're account to hackers (PayPal that is) and as soon as you get to the post office the money is yours. Paypal make you wait something like 5 days to withdraw it..
And... people lying about not recieving goods (you know who you are) cannot claim back their payment and rob you....
