go to control panel and click on user accounts

You have to delete the usernames. I am pretty sure thats how u do it. Delete them all but one I think. I hope this helps. I know a lot about computers and, if you have AOL Instant Messenger feel free to ask me anymore questions on there. My screen name is Dunekiller555.

you can change the look of the welcome or user screen using a program that u can buy at http://www.wincustomize.com/ but there are free programs out there, you just have to look hard for something good.
but if you just want it to auto logon to a primary account just goto "user accounts" in the control panel

start,control panel,user accounts delete the asp account and files
change the way users log on off uncheck both boxes apply,change the way users log on off recheck boxex apply and restart computer

unfortunately, I don't think so and i don't think that Microsoft will let you change it. (This isn't linux) However, XP proffesional doesn't have the same welcome page in home or media center.
