Gas: the boiling points of Hydrogen and Fluorine are both as cold as most of space. However, someone did write on Wikipedia that because of the chemical bond, the compound is at least liquid until "below room temperature."

hydrogen fluoride boils below room temperature (around 67 degrees F), so at room temperature it is a gas.
