it's all well and good saying we don't agree with abortion. Yes it's murder in some people's eyes, and yes, some people use abortion as a form of Birth Control (meaning they can't be bothered to use protection/keep their legs shut etc...)
But what about rape victims who find themselves pregnant? I'm sure most people on here know of someone who has got pregnant due to rape. Where's the woman's choice in that circumstance....she obviously didn't plan to get pregnant at that time!
I agree with the person who said about there being plenty of ppl willing to adopt....I could be one of them in a few years time, as I (at 26 yrs old) have been told I may never be able to have children due to health reasons, so I consider anyone being able to conceive & have children to be VERY lucky.

Abortion is killing a baby because the baby has a heartbeat by the time it is 5 weeks. That is about the time most mothers find out they are pregnant. Its obviously a life, because it needs nourishment and grows. It is a life getting ready to come into this world and will one day be the child that you wake up to every morning and give hugs and kisses too, and to hear them say, I love you mommy is so wonderful. That is why I believe it is murder.

I am against abortions.... there should be no reason in the world to ever have an excuse to get rid of the growing baby that is inside of you, it is a blessing and a beautiful thing. If you don't want the baby, then there are tons of people who would want to adopt...
And people who abort the baby because they find out the baby might have some disability make me want to puke.....

I dont believe in abortion and I dont think it should even be legal I dont think it's right for people to be aloud to play god It's basically picking and choosing who lives and who dies and it's not fair there are millions of people who cant have kids who are depressed and feel like there life is over then theres these other people who have abortions when they could have given those children a chance and put them up for adoption to those millions who cant conceive abortion to me is people just taking the easy way out if your not ready for the possibility of becoming pregnant then your not ready for sex not saying that everyone who has sex should be ready to start a family but be ready for the possibility surprises happen
I fully agree that its none of my buisness I have showed support for a friend who has done it I dont agree with it but she was my friend I just wouldnt do it myself I dont feel the need to make it my buisness either I'm just answering cause my opinion was asked

God gave us free will. It is a God given right and I will not take it away from anyone.
While you can try to convince someone not to do it--it is their right to choose.
Let God--the person who is intended to judge--do all the judging and you can keep to yourself. "Judge not, lest ye be judged."
I have never had an abortion. I would never have an abortion. I have never encouraged an abortion. BUT I have been there to support a women who had an abortion. I don't think it's right but it's a person's right to choose.
Science has yet to prove when life begins. Is it at birth or conception--that's the debate. Until we have an answer from science I don't believe anyone can make an educated decision on this one.
I'm pro-choice and a Christian.

lets get this straight most people who are pro choice are not "for" abortions. abortion should not be used as birth control but a woman should have the choice. i dont agree with abortions after the first trimester.you are absolutely ignorant if you think everyone who is pro choice is pro abortion. we are protecting a womans right and all you religious weirdos or whatever you are are trying to take that away screaming murder and sorry to break it to you but its not murder. i wish you would all get a life and stop worrying about something thats none of your business. whats inside me has nothing to do with you.

I am against it....but then again,in a rape case I'm for it because I don't think I could carry it without being physically ill of the idea of where the baby came from...but then I'm sure you would have women claiming rape when it was just there mistake so I guess that wouldn't work either...I know I couldn't do it and I know a couple of girls who have had one and I am no longer friends with them and I think that was part of the reason.

I don't believe in abortions that's why my 14 year old daughter is being induced on Tuesday morning. I will help her raise her daughter.
