I am sorry, I don't have much context.

The wording is a bit awkward, but it seems that the person speaking is explaining that she has a daughter and she is divorced, but that the man (presumably the one she's interested in or going out with?...) is not divorced. Without context, it is difficult to pinpoint what she's talking about.

It means that someone (probably female) went through a divorce and has a daughter by that marriage, and the man is not divorced.

to me it seems like the narrator is divorced and has a daughter and the other person (a guy ofcourse) he/she is talking about was either:
1. not divorced
2. never married
3.was divorced but had no children

in anycase the narrator is trying to explain that the man he/she is talking about is not in the same position as them..

hope that helps

cheers!

:)
