You have install a TV tuner Hardware. Look for a model
GC-PTV-TAF
it has also a FM tuner

Install a TV tuner if you computer has the PCI slot for it. ATI makes a fine tuner that I have.

Use a TV Tuner. I dit it too, but the sound is the worst:(
