I'd prefer one thats a 4-year college, somewhere in or near beverly hills, and teaches mostly hip-hop.

You won't find any college that does "mostly hip hop". Long Beach State, UC Irvine and Fullerton all have great dance programs. You will probably find more hip hop programs in the "dance team" (like cheerleading) programs in college. Just go to the Edge in Hollywood and take some classes.

On this page there is a list of dance colleges in every state. Scroll down to California, they have plenty of options. I recommend California Institute of the Arts, it is a great choice, I think they have hip-hop.
