It means you could be pregnant. However, there are other possible reasons for a delayed period.
Take a test, if it comes back negative, call a doctor anyway. There could be something going on that needs medical attention.

Chances are yes but see your doctor or take a home pregnancy test to get some results. There are other reasons to miss your period, such as stress, but just go to your doctor's, it's the best bet.

we have 3 classifications of pregnancy signs: possible, probable and positive. absence of menstruation or amenorrhea falls under the first class. thats because it has other possible causes too like travel, fatigue, stress, fear of pregnancy or fear of non-pregnancy, hormonal problems, illness, extreme weight gain or loss, going off the pill, breastfeeding etc. so if that alone is what prompts you to ask if one is pregnant or not, id say wait for other signs.

If you have had unprotected sex and your period is late..you could be pregnant.

no it does not have to be ,there could be many things, delay can be caused by stress, illness to name a few
