I think you would have to get that at a local office in your home town, try your county clerks office first, if thats not where then they should be able to direct you to the right place.

you can get it through the state where you were married. But not on the internet, most of the time you have to show ID.

Due to privacy laws, the only people that have access to that information is the parties involved in the marriage.
Just like divorce papers.

No, you will have to go in to the court house or vital records. not sure wear you are form. You might have to pay a small fee. I depends on which state you live in.

do a google for the clerks office where your license was issued. it s possible they have online ordering, if not then by mail.
