while both parties are very good at making enemies of the opposite party, the republicans, under the guidance of karl rove,
have taken illegal and unethical behavior to new lows.

Whoever is in office at any given moment. This division gets them the opportunity to fufill their real agendas. The public is too niave

They both do the same thing:
Tell you to be afraid of _____ (whatever they are pandering this week)
Tell you who is to blame for it (the other party).
