my bubble mix is
50ml glycerol
300ml dawn
650ml water

i want to let big long lasting floating bubbles that glow in the night (ufo like). i thought about the glow sticks but dont know how they would blend or be efficient with the mix or the ratio. any ideas?

tide detergent. it glows in the dark. my friends and i used to 'write' on our bedroom walls with it.

This is a very difficult task to do. I do not know if you will see much of a glow. The problem is the extreme thin-ness of the soap bubble itself. A solution would need to be exceedingly bright to spread out to the thin-ness of a bubble and still glow enough to observe.

To test this point, scale down your bubble mix and just add a small amount of glycerol and Dawn detergent to an activated Glow stick. If this will not glow enough to see, then the job cannot be done.

you can always fill the bubbles with smoke and make the smoke glow inside. I have never done it, im just throwing ideas atcha
