Should there be an option to redirect cold questions from one category to another?

On a limited basis and at the expense of points of course.

That's a good idea. I've mistakenly put questions into categories I thought would get the most interesting answers, and the question failed miserably. I think with certain restrictions it should be allowed and would actually be quite helpful.
