i have 2 gold fish in a tank and i want to know what kind of ornaments i can put i it? can i put like a paperweight like this ...

If you have 2 goldfish in a bowl you have much more to worry about then ornaments. Goldfish need a minimum of 10 gallons each and a good filter. In a bowl you will have to do water changes at least once a day, maybe more depending on the size.
Don't buy any ornaments for the tank, instead use that money to buy a proper size tank and filter, then think about what you can put in it. Otherwise you will have a bowl of dead fish and it doesn't matter what decorations you put in it, it will still look gross.
The paperweight is safe though, it's only blown glass. I have seen someone have that same paperweight in their tank. It actually looked really nice, it was like the fish in the tank had their own fish.

do not put a paper weight like that in the tank-the acids on that can kill the fish. go to the petstore-they have fake plants and a bunch of neat things that are safe for tanks and will not harm the fish

How about putting in a round glass bowl filled with water with 2 humans swimming round inside?

be careful not to put in anything that could hold salt. eg, shells you have from the beach...even if you wash them, they still have the ability to leak salt into your tank....a definate no no combination with fresh water fish.
I would stick with things from the pet store, they have the proper paint gloss that will not leak into the water.

go to your local pet store and they should have all kinds like.
stone tunnels for fish to go under and out off.
some fake plants like trees.
colored stones to brighten it up.
pyramids.
a bubble machine that helps them to get more oxygen.
