I have noticed a change in the tide over the last couple of years and I think men are taking control back now Women have now shown us that they are very capable and a force to be reckoned with but because we have learned so much from them we now know how to look like we're playing the game and convince them that we are what they want us to be! we're acting dumb! (thanks for the lessons)

Women in Britain have always (as far as I know) had a certain amount of power. Many men are under the thumb, and most don't realise it. Many women have the power to make men do what they want when they feel it's key, and let the little things go- making it seem like the man's in control.

However, women's power has certainly increased in the sense that they are no longer financially dependent on a man, amongst other things. Strong willed, ambitious or powerful women are often seen in a positive light, whereas in the past it would be called unladylike. We even pay our female athletes the same as the men- when if they were equally as good, they'd compete with the men.

Having said that, there are far more men in political power.

Firstly, I think you need to look at your own grammar- a full stop would have been appropriate between 'now' and 'Women'. In response to your question, I think it is slightly backwards and very pointless to try and single out a dominant sex. Women have made an incredible breakthrough in a very short space of time and have proved that their worth as humans is on an even keel as that of men. Both sexes have their strengths but if you seriously think men are playing women, after all women have put up with to get where they are today, you are seriously deluded. Good luck trying to find a girlfriend by the way.

Man i'd love to see you say that at a women's rights convention. People just need to wake the f*ck up and just give up the stupid sh*t like the .5% underpay women get and all this ****..i mean damn...it's like dudes LIKE to hear women ***** all the damn time....First i just want it all equal, so that they can finally shut the f*ck up and we can FINALLY focus on more important things that freakin sexism. THEN I can ***** n moan when they decide to use what they've earned back as a scapegoat from their own degradation (like my other half has been doing in the damn ghetto; seems all that martin luther king and others fought for and they abuse the **** out of what was hard earned with their ignorance.). It has ALWAYS been women's time, it's just they didn't realize it, or find a solution to get their way soon enough, that and it took eons of time to freakin get it once they decided not to take the bullshit anymore (kinda sounds like most of their relationships with assholes and wife-beaters no?).
I'll be glad to see a woman in office or someone who is gonna end the annoyance of everyone beggin for equality, and then MAYBE, just MAYBE we can actually make organizations for something more constructive than women's rights or activists or all this other crap that just gives people stuff to do.....damn.

Yes it's the women's time , why not? Some man think they want to do everything ,be all macho and yet not so smart .
I appreciate a man with good attitude, a steady job , a loving charm , one that can speak up for himself and loves his woman the way she is

I am sure women have played a vital role in your well-being.
One gave birth to you, raised you, they taught you in school, cleaned up your messes, fed you, soothed you when you cried, and overall made sure you were safe. It is rather disappointing to read about your male "conspiracy" in controlling women. So go on, playa, live your life as a woman controller. You've got me fooled.

you poor fool, havent you realised its the other way round?

women are bright enough to let men feel like they're in control because it shuts them up for 5 minutes.
men are too thick to realise they're being humoured.
