In my little opinion...

The solos I've listed below are the solos that have me hanging on every single note. They are direct from the source/heaven. The musicians are kind of like shamen. I know that might sound corny.

Booker Little, If I Should Loose You.
Every time I hear that solo I enjoy it more. It's so creative, and played with so much emotion.

Freddie Hubbard, I'm a Fool to Want You, (from Dexter Gordon's album Ballads). That solo is just great, and perfect for the mood of the song. Dexter takes a great solo also.

Clifford Brown, Once In A While (from Art Blakey's album A Night at Birdland). He's all over the place on that solo. He plays it super clean, too.

Roy Eldridge, Body and Soul, (from Mingus's In a Soulful Mood album). A mellow solo (first solo) that swings real hard. Later in the song he lets it rip full blast. Eldridge had so much swing in his playing.
