Mr. Jaggers was the lawyer who gave the money to Pip. Mr. Pumblechook was the firs to introduce him to that old lady and that old lady was able to get him to Jaggers. So I would have to say A. Mr. Jaggers.
He was a mean guy too, but the money did not come directly from Jaggers. He had just been given the money to give to Pip who was mature and used it all really fast. That idiot.
