I don't like to kill bugs because I think of their families and how I would feel if I were killled like that. I only kill bugs that hurt me like mosquitos and red ants and bugs like that because they deserve it.

I stepped on a bug once that came out of a case (not carton) of cigaretes, it was about 3inches long and 1 inch thick! YUCK! Than goodness I was wearing tennis shoes!

Well, I get really huge slugs in my garden (sometimes more than five inches long) and I ALWAYS step on them! Okay, they make a squish but that doesn't bother me -- it's still the easiest way to get rid of them :)
But unlike Uneekqamar, I've never stepped a man...I can't find one little enough to crush under my shoe lol :))

It isn't the size of the bug- but the type. I don't mind killing roaches or wasps or bees or mosquitoes. I don't kill spiders (unless they are poisonous) because they eat mosquitoes and I hate mosquitoes. I don't kill rolly-pollies or june bugs or lady bugs or grasshoppers or crickets or beetles because they are nice bugs. I kill all ants and flies immediately because they are annoying. I kill butterflies when I'm driving on the freeway, but I feel bad about it and I really like them.

Ican't step on a bug,not evena ant.I love all living creaters i would never ever step on a bug.

before i had kids: biggest was about the size of a dime.
after having kids: any bug that gets near them including a 6'1, 235lb one.

By accident, I stepped on a four-inch FAT SLUG in my bare feet and squashed it. I almost PUKED.
