A copy was sold recently on ebay. Check:

Maybe the seller would know where to get another? Or you could check ebay from time to time to see if one comes up?

The book is not a "wide circulation item".

There are online used bookstores, try the link below under- Books N Things

Check out the online links I sent first.

This linkwill be a great help to you. There are many other links on this page....so check them all out and also the breeder links!

Never heard of it, but I look for books I'm interested in on e-bay and Amazon, don't usually buy from those sites but they give you the number so you can order it from your local book shop

Waterstones may be able to get a copy for you. They have a large database of books that are not in "mainstream circulation" and can sometimes get second hand copies from sellers.

go to your library even if they don't have it they probably have an inter-library loan agreement with the british library and they can find out if another authority in britain can loan it to you. cost to you should be minimal
