Good question,to me I always try to take the positive spin on any situation, in other words find the positives and not let the negativity take over.

It is easy said than done, but over time you as a person will be well thought of and respected, this in turn trains the mind to seek out and rid the negative thoughts from your brain.

It is much better than to be around positive thinkers than to be around ppl who always find or seek the negatives in every situation .

This to me is a sign of insecurity in their wellbeing so they can always blame the whatever rather than find the positives and in turn be a far happier and healthy being...Cheers.

Every time you think "This can not be done!" try to add the word "unless" it might force your mind to think of possibilties out the box as it were of how things may be acheived. Try it with little things at first no matter how silly it may seem. once you start to condition your mind to believe that anything is possible, your attitude will strive more towards the positive than the negative as time goes on. It may after awhile anyway

People tell me to do that all the time. It is not really possible, there is always a balance. Everything has its pros and cons, a poditive aspect and a negative aspect. Realistically, things are going to go wrong in any situation and we have to deal with them, If you try to kid yourself to only believe in the positive, you won't be able to handle the negative and you'll end up in big problems.

Always concentrate on the present. Train the mind to not dwell on the past or worry unnecessarily about the future. Positive results are sure to flow.

All my life I have been struggling to do that. Reader's Digest helped me 80 per cent and other fifteen percent by the advice from people around me whom I have ever found positive, the last five percent I am yet to achieve. My advice:seek the company of those whom you admire for being positive.

You can get professional help with cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback etc. You can try hypnosis too. I ordered hypnosis CD's for a real problem I was having and since I did not follow directions to the t it took a long time, but eventually it worked.

We create neural pathways in our brain when we do or think things. the more they occur the stronger the pathway gets, i.e. habits. The brain can be retrained with new habits but it takes work.

This is the link to the woman who I bought Cd's from. I don't think she is a scam artist, her CD's really did help me with a really tough problem, and she has them for practically everything. http://www.wendi.com/
