Watch a movie, read a book, listen to music, call a friend. Take a dance class, get a hobby, clean the house, make a list of projects that you'd like done and then check them off when you are bored.

I would say find a good site that will help you to write and spell. It really doesn't take THAT much effort to put all the letters into a word

Hi, your alive , that is something to be grateful about, one is bored only if they think they are, think about something that was wonderful, perhaps a night out or someone paying you a compliament, life is too precious to be bored. My mate's husband
