The clutch turns in oil and maybe the oil has been contaminated with water or dirt which makes it stick the first couple of times used or
the clutch disks & or plates have been over heated & warped causing them to stick on the hub groves.

first change the oil. then everytime you start your bike up for the first time, before you engage the trans, pull the clutch in and rev the engine a couple of times, this will ensure that oil is between the multifriction discs of your multiplate wet clutch. works everytime.
Also make sure your adjustment is correct.

What weight oil are you using? The viscosity of the oil at a cooler temperature will make the clutch drag, causing that problem.Try a lighter weight oil or what your manual suggest for the temperature.
