Lannon Estates, Inc in Milwaukee, WI. The owner is probably still Charles R. Edlebeck.
The best source for property ownership is through the property tax assessment records or the property title records. These are are a matter of public record (meaning anyone has access to the info for free). As you probably know, these records are maintained by the county in which the city, town, village or whatever is located. A good website for getting government websites is govengine.com. I use it in my work frequently for research.
I didn't find Lannon on there (they must not have a website), so I usually find out the address and go to the Post Office's site for the county - usps.com (just put in the address and ask for a zip code, it gives you the county).
This time usps.gov was down for maintenance (the part that gives county names) and since I have no clue as to what towns are in counties in Wi, I put Lannon Estates in a search both as a general search and as a search for what county this town is in.
I lucked up as there was a court case which, of course named the owner.
The trailer park, which is in Waukesha county, is listed on their current assessment records. It is listed at the wrong address: 20255 W Good Hope Rd instead of 20179. Go figure. I just flipped through a few assessments and found it.
Sorry to be long-winded but I wanted to show you how it's done.
Here are the resources:

If they own the property, then it would be registered with the county. You would need to find the plot books for the area, and get the site number. Then look up the site number.
You can also see if you can find it through the Better Business Bureau web site. If they are a member, they show up there too. Or you can check the records for the company name, also through the city or county.

You can go the the courthouse in your community and either check with the Tax office or the Register of Deeds. That info is PUBLIC info. I have looked up many properties that way!!

Call up a title company in your local area and ask them if they can assist with a title transaction. Normally Title firms have a toll free number where you can call and request info on any property as long as you have the address, city state etc.
