I want to buy a relatively cheap but reliable used or refurbished computer(desk top), mainly for office use. Mostly surfing on internet and using "light" software. Not games.
Do anyone know anywhere reputable that sells refurbished computers with some warrenty(at least 90 days)?

Refurbish means to make clean, bright, or fresh again; renovate. So when you purchase a refurbished computer your purchasing a used computer that has been rebuilt to like new conditions. When it is factory refurbished it means that the product was sent back to the factory/company that made/produced the computer and they rebuilt it, which is usually the best with refurbished products. It will look like new, it may have a few cosmetic imperfections, but it will work just like a new computer.
