Well darling it all depends on where you are!
If you are in the United Kingdom, we are actually enjoying "the right time" today. We are currently recognising Greenwich Mean Time, observed from today until March when we then move an hour ahead of GMT. The time as I speak, oh sorry, "at the third stroke the time will be 12.33 PRECISELY!
