She probably has her reasons. Unless you are being beaten, starved, screamed at..... I would not say she's being mean to you. You are just not getting your way.

Well I would tell her that shes being mean and if she lets you do any thing you want then I don't get how thats being mean but you know. So just tell her or write a note to her and tell her shes being mean and stuff.

what is she not letting you do? it might be for your own good, and how old you are you have to stop and think about all the young kids that are getting murderd these days. you need to listen to your mom and talk to her about what you can and cannot do. communication is the key you will be allot happier if you talk it out and find out why she doesn't want you to do something. we usually have a good reason when we say no to our kids, good luck
