This is the message I get when I try to install new programs, delete history, access control panel, install adobe etc etc etc

Please can someone help me? Do I need to do a complete destructive recovery? if so how

Destructive recovery would be a good option....restart computer and while you are doing so tap the f key that takes you into settings on your computer.....if you don't know which one does ...try f10, f 2 and f 3 first ...keep trying till you get it ....then use system restore and choose destructive restore. I noticed in your other post that you said you reinstalled xp from a disc you made yourself....you have probably double installed xp and that's why you have no memory left.
