This is the notice I get when I try to access features on Windows XP control panel, Install New Programs and Run them etc

I recently reformated my PC using the Master Disc I created and not only does this happen now but my PC is very slow

Looks bad.
Try a clean install from the original install disks

Sounds like your memory capacity is full or maybe it has becoame corrupted or dislodged ..if you moved your tower around when you re-installed xp.

try to quick format and install again the OS, maybe there is error when u\you install the OS.
