How do I copy and paste a link into text when using the color & graphics option ?

When I right click, there are no copy & paste options.

You select the link, you wanted to copy by dragging the mouse over it. Then press Ctrl + c. Now open a notepad and press Ctrl + v. This should save the link in the notepad. Now you have to save this notepad file using save option in menu.

An option called 'Copy Shortcut' should appear on your right click menu. Click on this, it will save the link information and then you can paste it in the desired text editor.
