Burn the bastards alive while strapping them down to a stake. That way they would feel what the animals felt when they were burned alive because of thier actions. Make them feel excruciating pain right before they bite the dust. That's what I'd do to them if I could.

He should be put in a room that shows film clips,and news broadcasts of the fire.
Nothing else, no visitors, clocks, tv.
Just the clips, over and over for the rest of his life.
How long will it take before he goes insane?
